I agree. He's a cracking player on his day but I think he's stepped up in his mind but sadly left the ball behind... Needs to get back to basics or to be given less free reign. Too many gaps being created when he's out of possession and that's been creeping in since his return.

Yes. I've not been Eccles' biggest fan, but he is less 'complicated' with his distribution and play. Regrettably, Rudi is not quite the imposing and dominating midfield general he aspires to be IMO. He could be, but he needs to be a little less fussy with his play. I'd bench him for a while.

They looked good against Norwich, with their forward line, last week - about the first 20 minutes or so, anyway. Headed off to the CBS and was surprised to see they lost 2 - 1 in the end. The attack is pretty rapid. We need a good defensive display.
