No club goes into any window with one fixed plan. You will have multiple plans depending on whether you lose players you wanted to keep, miss out on targets, secure the fees you want, etc etc. We are no different.

There is no evidence that we have. more likely is that we have 2 plans, one with the Vik money and one without.
