Well they say Andy Rose plays for Seattle and Joe Cole for Aston Villa. So far so good.
Then they say Jacob Murphy, Adam Armstrong and Ben Turner all play for Coventry City.
So they're either not very accurate - or there have been some amazing deals this weekend! So don't believe this...
The former AIK player Martin Lorentzson is now fully ready for Coventry. It is confirmed that Martin Lorentzson has during the last few weeks been on trial at Coventry in the English third division. During Friday evening Martin Lorentzson confirmed that he has signed a contract for the rest of...
Of course, you have to have one (or sometimes 2?), but it's who you choose. And in this instance they've chosen a real gem!
They deserve more credit for that than most here are giving them. Just my opinion of course.
I don't quite get this. If the new players have made a difference and the new manager is given credit for this, why shouldn't the owners get some credit for investing in the new manager?
OK, I see what you mean. But once you reached the second tier, with only 2 up 2 down, it always took longer to get into the top tier. Jimmy took us there in just three seasons (10th, 4th (no play-offs then) then champs). That was the fastest anyone had done that in the post-war era. Even Alf...
I entirely agree with BBR in his description of how it felt then and feels again now. But I disagree about saying it took "a few seasons to get going". Jimmy Hill was appointed in November 1961. His first signing was Willie Humphries in April 1962. Ronnie Rees was a product of our youth...
I know I'm very much in the minority here, but I've always thought it likely that somehow or other a new stadium would have to be built. I can understand why people haven't believed TF, as his job at SISU seems to have been to head up the misinformation department. But Chris Anderson is in a...
Did this yesterday - I think at that time 44.7% were voting for this compared with 44.4% choosing send him to Woves or another Championship club and less than 10% for recall to Newcastle.

This may not the best ever CCFC team, but what a team to support and one I'd love to have seen, all playing at their peak!
I didn't really believe the Club when they said they'd get us a really good manager. I didn't really believe the new manager when he said he'd get us a really good team. But they have.
So now I'm quite prepared to believe that we'll get a new stadium. I hope we do.
Anything that will get us...
I think the most complete City striker since I started watching in 1953 was definitely George Hudson, followed by Dion Dublin. The goal-scoring stats don't necessarily agree. By goals per games played for Coventry, this is roughly the table:
Adam Armstrong 100%
Terry Bly 78%
David McGoldrick...
