I think Dasilva is a talent but Bidwell has stepped it up and is happy to try some more risky passes and that one there paid off beautifully.

It feels like the vast majority of people have never built a team before in or out of football. When people talk about time to help it a mixture of things you are trying to achieve. As a manager you are trying to understand what makes your players tick what motivates them (never all about money)...

My biggest worry this season was tightening up at the back we looked much more settled last game. Even if we end up with a fairly low scoring season we have a better chance of good results. We have a lot of players who on their day have a great shot. We are just waiting on that day.

It really wasn't some good play and a few good chances we have gone whole games in recent seasons without a single chance. You have a really short memory.

Exactly what I thought at the start way too much upheaval with the core of the team leaving.

First half was fine, gave Stoke nothing and had a few good chances 2nd half we looked comfortable and should have won easily. Strikers were pants at putting the ball away today!
