It's kind of like the military isn't it. At any point during initial training you can be told to drop and do 10 or more press ups. I used to do them all the time when I first came out of the Navy. Whenever I had 30 seconds on my own I'd quickly do some.

If you were munching too much and not doing any exercise then you have to see an improvement. Have you thought of going to the gym and swimming and doing weights?

Of course you could just install on a laptop/pc then connect by hdmi to the tv
I've had our firesticks for a while but only put the beast on yesterday. Didn't realise it was that easy. I'd just been using a couple of standalone repos until now.
The beast seems to have decent feeds for the sports channels.
I'm definitely getting fitter. My calorie burn in a set 30 minutes cardio workout has gone from 362 to 385 in three weeks. Really happy with the progress, especially as I've been giving 100% every time.
I've been having the Tesco frozen ones lately and they're nice and tasty and easy to make when you don't have much time in the mornings.
Just be careful though, if you overblend them, then you have to wait an hour for it to melt a little.
