I suppose one good thing is that investment required for good div 4 players is far less than investment required for good Championship players. Prize money for going up "should" go a long way to strengthening as you rise.

I think they would need to invest in Div 4 and accept that it's gone, then re-invest money we gain as we climb the leagues.
