    crowd next saturday

My sauce tells me that we will, it would be 32,609, but Fred from Canley can't be arsed.

    crowd next saturday

Incorrect, they were actually singing "City till July"

    ABBA penalty shoot out

When all is said and done it won't really matter too much as long as we win!

Pre Season Gallery / Greg Moorhouse on Trial

He's moved to Sligo, didn't hang about.

    George Thomas

Accounts signed off by CCFC, checked by an independent company and then reported by the Telegraph show no money isn't taken out of the Club - unless you can show us otherwise that everyone else has missed?

Pre Season Gallery / Greg Moorhouse on Trial

Because he clearly wasn't, no matter what the reason is (and one can speculate if they wish), Mark Robins didn't feel giving him a contract was something that would have benefitted us, i.e not worthy of a contract.

    Get behind the team

No offence Adge, but here in lies the issue I have with the "boycotting" fans. I've picked out the above section from your previous quote, the problem with it is you don't seem to appreciate that the Club is run on a self-sufficient basis, now to clarify self-sufficient is defined as; needing...

    Get behind the team

I totally agree, with Mark Robins being able to benefit from that type of income we would bounce into the Championship. It's unfortunate that fans allow their hatred for SISU and Joy Seppala, to cloud their vision to see this.

Pre Season Gallery / Greg Moorhouse on Trial

It's not about keeping up the numbers, we need to ensure the quality is there. Currently there are three players with the futures unceratin; Turnbull Reid Thomas I believe if we retain these three players past the end of the window we wouldn't need anymore players, but if all three of them...

Pre Season Gallery / Greg Moorhouse on Trial

I don't disagree with you Astute, I would be inclined to give the youngsters a chance as opposed to going out and splashing money, where it could be better utilised. I actually think our squad looks strong, but depending on movement out of the Club we may need one or two extra.

    Get behind the team

Protest at the next court hearing, right where Joy Seppala is likely to attend, make your feelings known, but don't impact CCFC, don't invade the pitch and cause game disputions or harmful action against the Club or it's performance. SISU don't care and I therefore go back to my previous point...

Pre Season Gallery / Greg Moorhouse on Trial

I think by now you would hope we have two players covered for each position, that will push for the first team, so; GK - Burge, O'Brien RB - Grimmer, Dion KE CB - Willis, Turnbull(?) CB - McDonald, Hyam LB - Stokes, Haynes LCM - Doyle, Stevenson RCM - Kelly, Shipley(?), Maycock(?) LW - Jones...

    Get behind the team

I think all fans would agree that it is time for Football Authorities to get their houses into order, the issue is at what cost do we make our point known? Should fans keep disrupting fixtures, potentially costing the team points, incurring fines at the Club (not SISU), hampen any chance of...

Pre Season Gallery / Greg Moorhouse on Trial

I think we need to be realistic here, fans only saw 45-ish mins of Moorehouse in game time, Mark Robins saw three weeks of the lad and has deemed him not worthy of a contract. I trust MR's judgement.

Pre Season Gallery / Greg Moorhouse on Trial

I don't believe that we haven't signed Moorhouse for financial reasons, I think MR has seen the way some of the youngsters have returned to pre-season (the likes of Ponticelli) and decided that promoting our youth is better for us as a Club, MR only wants player with the quality to improve the...

    Get behind the team

In some ways sucess on the pitch would solve a lot of the off field issues or more so the finance of being a succesful Club would do so. The main sticking point would be the Ricoh, however I think ACL/Wasps would be very interested in retaining CCFC as a tenant if they were in the Championship...

    Get behind the team

SISU are involved, but their involvement ends at owning the business, nothing more. While I understand your sentiment about the Ricoh, it's a stadium that never has truly been our own, we never owned it to begin with and we certainly don't now, not that should in any way distance the efforts...
