About time Championship woke up about a wage cap

If no promotion then I'd imagine all those clubs with a reasonable chance of making playoffs would be suing PL - not just the top 2. One thing if Championship decides how to end their own season, another if PL dictates how Championship season is ended.

If it's the nasal swab one it's not pleasant. Had two after a friend died from meningitis. But it's fairly quick and discomfort passes quickly.

what is the procedure? Do EFL board have final say? Do a certain % of clubs have to support a proposal (like the PL 70%)? Can't see any proposal for ending the leagues getting 70% atm.

spoke to a friend in Paris this morning as lockdown being eased there. Said it was chaos on public transport and the metro - zero distancing even though nearly everyone masks.

seems to be more about the 14 day self-quarantine when coming back. Can see a load of loopholes in that. Eurostar & ferries atm doesn't seem to apply. or fly to France, hire a car to go nearly anywhere in Europe then fly back from France. daft.

just be a joke. smaller share of the pot would upset many clubs. Then larger relegation group following season would distort Championship even more with up to 6 clubs getting parachute payments for several years. Going to be 3 up and 3 down for all leagues or nothing (with a load of court cases)

for sure. That's why they've been indecisive and then followed that by not rigorously enforcing the measures they belatedly put in place.

At the moment no chance as the 14 day self-quarantining is the law. ( just had the police a few doors down checking someone). Also only Hungarians and those EU citizens with residency allowed in atm. But we'll learn more next week on the easing but they've always said we're 3-4 weeks behind most...
