    Update from Dave Boddy

Think football in general takes fans for granted - maybe this pandemic will makes clubs rethink. They "forget" they are a customer business and just assume fans will turn up for "brand" loyalty. Think a bit of corporate is good business but vast majority of fans in grounds overlooked. PL tv...

    So now we know

Is there even a need/demand for a city of rugby? Population of 56 million and basically 11 properly professional teams -average crowds around 13/14k? Many big cities don't even have one. Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield,Bradford and many more.

    So now we know

Wasn't part of it was used to pay CCC to enable them to clear outstanding bank loan?? If so would be a bit murky plus obviously a poor investment looking at bond price performance.

    So now we know

Not necessarily. Gets back to the old "commercial sensitivity" local authorities like to hide behind if they are uncomfortable.

    So now we know

Draft accounts seem to show not holding any bonds but had about 7 million worth last year.(doesn't say what bonds they were)

    So now we know

always makes me think there's something we don't know with this unanimity. Not one dissenting voice of what about the football club and its supporters rather than a seemingly overriding dislike of the club's owners over such a period of time. Let's face it shipping in an out-of-town team to...

    So now we know

several possibilities spring to mind. If CCC don't enforce the full value from Wasps in a timely fashion if the EU decision determines they undersold Ricoh. SISU to claim loss of potential earnings & damages due to the nature & price of the sale.

Request to waive NDA - email to Wasps, CCFC & Sisu

is this just going to be a word play where it is an indemnity but Wasps have had their thesaurus out to find a different word for the sake of the negotiations?

Can't remember if they're still "liable" for breaking fair play rules from their promotion season.

Request to waive NDA - email to Wasps, CCFC & Sisu

Pfft they were going to be the biggest club in Europe now they had the Ricoh. Reminded me of our own Richardson. Their management of the Ricoh and their rugby club to date wouldn't fill me with any confidence if they were involved in future CCFC ownership
