Fair comments by the OP. I keep thinking that whilst it's great to get all these newbies through the door so early (very refreshing), they could all be duds. I'm not being pessimistic, I just remember people like Lorentzon (spelling?) coming in thinking he'd be ace for us and alas, it didn't...

I have to say, I think our Social Media has increased considerably in the past few months. It's more regular, seems to answer more swiftly and actually looks like someone is doing a decent job behind the scenes. Fair play to whoever is now in charge of it. With that and the positive feedback...
