    Summer transfer window 2024

For the backup striker you have to look in leagues where wages are much lower than the Championship. A top scorer from Japan, Ligue 2 or Poland won’t mind coming in as a backup because they’re going to double their salary to make the move and still be low-paid in comparison to Simms and Wright...

    Summer transfer window 2024

It’s like people have forgotten those midweek games last season where half the team looked fucking knackered. That’s when EMC starts, and if he does well he keeps his place.

    24/25 Shirt Price

DHGate are set for roaring trade this season then

    Injuries

Robins makes it sound like Sheaf and Haji have just turned their ankles. Obviously not ideal but if there's no ligament damage they'll be back for start of the season.

Hoping for a return to the pre-Ifollow days where some bloke at the game would stream it on Facebook from his phone.

You got upset that me, one of the bigger stat shaggers on this forum, said “stat nerds” as a joke. Of course I’m not going to take you seriously.

I get that, but I reckon I could hit 5 goals in the Eerste Divisie and I haven't played in 3 years.

Definitely another find by the stats nerds. Really high numbers for headers won, dribbling success and assists. Plus he’s very fast and strong. Goalscoring record is pretty poor though.

Great on the ball but he’s too lightweight. Was dropped by the Swansea manager because he can’t win the ball back.

    What do we still need?

Big fan of Lewis-Skelly but I read that Arsenal are trying to turn him into a left back. Seems like a massive waste of his talent.

    What do we still need?

Two signings and we’re fine: 1) Ball-playing, press resistant 6. Surely Man City have a midfielder in their development squad we can spend a few million on to learn from Sheaf. 2) A young striker with real pace. Loan or permanent.

    New striker

Would be surprised if Conway didn’t get a Prem move. As we get closer to the season, I’m more convinced the striker will be a loan.

Took some studs to the ankle putting a cross in 2 minutes in.

I think we're fine for box-to-box options with Rudoni, Eccles, Torp, Palmer and Allen if we're desperate. That's 5 players for 2 positions. Another elite ball-playing 6 would be delightful. Someone who can dictate the tempo.

    Player Ratings v Getafe

Liked what I saw from Rudoni. Really tried to make things happen.

Retaining possession much less with Sheaf off the pitch. Definitely need to sign someone else as calm on the ball as him.
