The burning question is, when the time comes to make substitutions, which of the two goalkeepers on the bench do we bring on?

All we need now is for Collins to keep a clean sheet. 👍

If he has suffered a huge blow at both ends it could be career-threatening.

I have been supporting the Sky Blues for 62 years, since I was eight, and that experience tells me that (a) it will go to the wire (b) we will lose at least one game against the so-called lesser opposition and (c) we will win at least one of the two difficult matches. I wouldn’t be at all...

I think he could be a decent alternative to Simms in that role. I don’t see FL trying it though unless he’s forced to by Simms being injured or suspended.

If we were offered a draw now I’d take it. ☹️

He was really starting to come good before he got injured but he hasn’t looked the same player since.

Credit to Pompey, they have been more up for it than we have.

If we lose this - which would hardly be a surprise the way it's going - that's 4 defeats in the last 5 games, including what would be defeats by Derby and Pompey. We have got to pull something out of the bag and win this one somehow.

Pompey way ahead in the attacking stats: 8 shots to our 2 and 14 touches in our box whilst we have had 3 in theirs.

Collins nearly got the first of his expected brace for Pompey there. We were lucky and to be honest, the way we are playing, we couldn't complain if we went a goal down. We need to improve if we are going to win this one. We don't look like scoring, so one could be enough for Pompey.

That's where it starts to get tricky for us. With Collins in goal you will have 12 players, as he will effectively be playing as an extra striker for you. We will be down to 10, as we will be without a goalkeeper. My earlier optimism of us winning 2-1 has now gone. I think it will be 7-0 to...

I would start with Sheaf, if he is fully match fit, to steady the ship defensively. We have enough creative players to win this. It's the defence - as usual - that worries me, especially with Dovin out.

I'd rather have an unfit Wilson than a fit Collins 🤣

This is a big game for us, although having said that all of our remaining games really fall into that category now. It's not a cast iron "must win" game but it will most certainly be a large dent in our play-off hopes if we don't. I can see Portsmouth parking the bus in the hope of keeping a...

Kitching not blameless but that’s mainly down to Collins. ☹️
