Highfield road had a special feel to it, and I used to like the fact that you had to find a parking space round some back streets and walk up to the ground. Made it feel more genuine if that makes sense? Ahh well, times change and everything gets new locations these days.

We're not west ham fans who think we have a god-given right to win everything. We're used to relegation battles and managers changing by now. It really is crap!

I don't think the guy has been given a fair chance yet. He took up Watford, and almost took up Colchester - who had next to no money to spend. I think we should see what he does before we can slag him off. Afterall, every manager has to start somewhere.
