I too walked around the other week for my Burnley ticket as I'd come home for the day (I live in North Staffs) and was shocked how horrible the arena looked. Egg chasing tip rats.

I visited their site on a number of occasions and spoke with the elders and was privy to some frank discussions as to why there was a long delay in demolishing the gas holder and commencing the construction of Arena 2000. Let's say they were less than complimentary towards our owners at the time...
