To me it sounds like there might be a bit of a standstill at the moment. Surely we could boost the supposed 150k to 175k to try and sweeten the deal a bit. Would be disappointing if he goes to Luton.

Hopefully it's concluded sooner rather than later, as the longer it goes on the less chance we have of signing him IMO

This horse seems to have 2 mouths at the moment. One saying 'a deal done soon hopefully' and one saying 'we can't match their offer'. Did this horse have a birth defect?

If Collins really wants to come and we are interested, there's not much Crawley can do except get the best possible fee or they risk having a player who's thrown his toys out the pram and doesn't want to play for them. It's the fee that'll be the stumbling block but if they can get over that...

Him, McNulty and Thomas would be one of if not the best attacking line up in the league. It's just whether we will be able to hang onto the likes of Thomas and Beavon if Collins signs. If not then Collins and McNulty would still be a formidable strike force
