    Should we name and shame

Yeah, agree with all of that. You get a like for admitting your one mistake! In all seriousness though, I to love the atmosphere and tribal nature of football that is apparently different to egg chasing. Glad your son and his mates had a great time. It's the likes of those we need to encourage...

FFS! WE ARE STILL ONLY 3 POINTS FROM THE PLAYOFFS!!!

Mmm, maybe. I guess we're in a 'better' position than had he played the whole season scoring 10 with 15 assists. Time will tell.

    Should we name and shame

Yeah, that's a fair point Wingy, I don't disagree. I think you're just more likely to see if from blokes though but you are right. And like you (and Nick has pointed out above) we've all be guilty of shouting obscenities in moments of frustration. It's just having a decent moral compass to...

    Should we name and shame

It's a shame that recently, we've seem to have seen an upturn in idiotic fans. Is it a genuine upturn or are we becoming less tolerant of it? I try to think back to when I was in my teens and what I was like. Although I liked a beer and a sing song, I genuinely don't think I was near as bad as...

FFS! WE ARE STILL ONLY 3 POINTS FROM THE PLAYOFFS!!!

I'm sure the majority of players we brought in last summer were on 2 yr deals. Our two (potentially) best players, Jones and Andreu are both contracted to be here next season. It's not as if we've been setting the league alight and there's going to be loads of offers rolling in. McNulty would...

Gutted we’re out but kind of glad. The league has to be our focus so at least there’s no distractions now. Onwards and upwards. No disgrace in 3-1 either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Maybe the type of player we need but not the player we need. Like I say, mediocre last time and about 4 years older, not match fit and carrying a knock. It would take him the 14 games to get him up to speed....

And can we stop with all the Carl Baker talk FFS. He was mediocre at best for us last time round and is well past his best. He is NOT the answer. And no I don't know what is, but it's not Baker.

Me. I think. Appreciate it's easy for me to say that sat in a hotel room at East Midlands Airport but I still feel that changing a manager doesn't work all the time. I refer to my post the other day. Things are sh!t at the moment and we can probably write off the autos. I still feel there's...

Remember if you are travelling to Brighton.....to watch the football on Saturday...don't bother. If you do, have a beer in the Laines instead and then get a train home again. You'll probably enjoy your day more.

    Who's good enough IF......

I disagree here Steve. Despite all the off the field stuff, we still manage to attract players here, like Jones, Andreu, McDonald etc when they could all have gone to better clubs. I suspect it's a money thing and we can't/won't offer as much as others for certain players.

I did wonder if anyone would pick up on that NW. In hindsight, I probably should've stuck with Russell Slade and Pep Guardiola!

Yes. As mentioned previously, Rich Piana (shown on the image in one of the posts above), has a first name which looks like the word Ricoh.

    Poll

I wouldn't get rid of him if we don't make the Top 7. Will I be pee'd off that we wouldn't have made the play offs? Yes. Will I compare the slump from Feb onwards to that of TM? Yes. But MR is the first manager we've had in years that has brought some positivity to the club in a number of areas...

What needs to be done for Colchester?

In just over 30 years of supporting the club, I genuinely cannot remember a time when we've had so much bad luck with injuries/illness.
