I think the reason people might not immediately put him high on their list is that he just looks normal. He picks up the ball, makes a nice pass and quietly moves into a good position for the next phase. What you don't realise is that he's putting in 15+ tackles, he doesn't give the ball away...

One thing we did tonight was clear the ball instead of trying to play out from the back when under attack. It made such a difference as we didn't give then the chance to make a bad pass or poor control. The ball was gone so we couldn't make the silly defensive errors we've seen this season...
