IF it is Frank Lampard, then that's perfectly acceptable for me. Lampard has full time EFL experience as a manager, as opposed to Carsley and RVN who do not. He got into the play-offs too, but ended up losing out to Villa, which with some of the quality in that team then is no embarrassment...

He’s got all the attributes to be a really good player for us, hopefully the new head coach help him put all that together.
