They run some kids teams on a Saturday. Feel sorry for the kids as they just want to play football but the way these teams are ran is a joke.

It's so engrained in the game what can we really do? If we challenge them what's that really going to do except from start a fight. You have to bear in mind what kind of people you are dealing with here(slightly backwards).
