Wasn't a criticism of his form ,more of his positional play . He's often the furthest player forward and when we lose possession it leaves a huge gap between attack and midfield at times.

We've played 2 of the best teams in the division so far and in both Eccles was very close to man of the match . For me the new midfield signing would replace Palmer on current form as he leaves us very exposed by not tracking back as much as he should
