FA Cup - Best 3rd Round Games

Maybe I look at things through rose tinted glasses but for me it has to be 10 January 1987 Coventry beat Bolton 3-0, it was a cold snowy day, an orange ball was used, from memory Gynn, Regis and Lloyd McGrath scored, the Sky Blues were doing well in the league and Bolton were lower league...

The remaining fixtures - can we stay up?

I think this season may need a record number of points to survive due to points teams above us have accummulated in first half of season, in 07/08 Leicester went down with 52 pts we managed 53 and finished 21st. If this worst case scenario came true we would need 34 - 35 points from the...

    Where's the deal?

LBB, I must take issue with your claim that you have been going home and away for almost 30 years, I don't recall you being at Highfield Rd until after the fa cup win in 87, I think you got the bug in the 87/88 season, you came with me to you first game. I clearly remember you coming on the...

THE VILE VENTURE - I remember it well

I was in the Witton Lane Stand with a couple of mates, we we're clocked as Cov fans within seconds of entering the ground, probably due to the fact we we're naive drunk teenagers, I had a knife pressed into my throat by a vile scumbag and thought my time was up, as this happened the lads ran out...

Brian Clough agreed to manage City back in April 1972. He went as far as resigning from Derby but the Derby chairman gave into Clough's demands and he stayed on at Derby for another 18 months.

    Ownership

OSB posed the question do Sconset own the shares of SBS&L along with Leonard Brody, I pointed out that Sconset purchased shares in another SISU company, as far as it would appear SISU are still our owners and Sconset have nothing whatsoever to do with CCFC. SISU and Sconset have a...

    Ownership

Hi all, first post on here, I used to occassionally pop up on the telegraph forum. The document from Luxembourg relates to a company called Baulder, a metals company, SISU bought them years ago and have sold them to Sconset. Absolutely nothing to do with CCFC.
