It looks about right to me. First 3 rows netted off, and loads of seats in 25, 26 and 27 have been reserved for POTG and haven't actually been sold. Slightly less than last week seems about right.

The lowest season average we were third from bottom (92/93). Same the season after (but capacity was only 17K as we only had 3 sides of the ground open). After that there were always 3-5 clubs below us - including the likes of Leicester and Derby.
