What on earth are you talking about? Acl have already beat sisu in court. Higgs didn't lose to sisu in court, and the case cost sisu a lot more to defend than it did higgs. Sisu have never beat anyone in court whilst posing as our clubs owner.

I think you need to re-read what I said. I said the council is entitled to an opinion. Are you saying we live in a dictatorship where all free speech is supressed? Tell me this, who was the councils preferred bidder for CCFC in 2007?

Serious question then, as the Football League claims it wants to get tough on financial mismanagement of clubs, should the FL be allowed to force a club to play in a venue that will be better for its short and long term financial position?

Your right in that football should just be about what happens on the pitch. Unfortunately until its on the correct pitch that wont be the case.

Worrying about "the boys" is way down my list of priorities right now. If sisu are to be believed I will never see my club play in my city ever again. For me that takes precedent over the feelings of 11 grown men.
