Match Thread Cardiff City - Coventry City Match Thread - Wednesday 1st Jan

Simms has to start. We need to play quick counter attacking football. Cheeky 2 - 0 away win if we do.

    Transfer Rumour Tamás Nikitscher

Lots of glass half empty posters on here. Can be very negative. Hope the players are being told not to read this board. Watched a few interviews with FL when he was rumoured to be our next manager. He was very clear he doesn't like social media and doesn't read message boards like this. I hope...

Match Thread Coventry City - Millwall FC Match Thread - Sunday 29th Dec

If EMC is injured I would be tempted to try JDS in front of Bidwell.

    Transfer Rumour January transfer window

Don't think Kitching will be going anywhere. I actually believe he could be the answer to our defensive frailty. Needs a run of games. Our strongest back four is likely to be MVE, Thomas, Kitching/Lati, Bidwell. With Dovin in goal and Sheaf sitting in front I think we would become quite solid...

    Bassette myth

Simms to start next week Vs Pompey. We are getting so many crosses in. He will come good.

Match Thread Millwall FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 7th Dec

I'd say calling a section of Millwall fans "thickos" was ill advised.

    Liam Kitching

Am pretty sure Kitchen will get his chance and probably grab it with both hands. He is a good player, physically strong. Hopefully a more compact back four system will suit him. It's healthy to have two players for every position in the squad. Unfortunately someone doesn't get a game Lati and...

Kitching in one of the training photos in Instagram. Hope he has been brought back into the fold. Does anyone know why he had been sidelined?

Not a bad team. Still prefer Dovin in goal, Kitchen CB and Bink move to LB.

Why is this time going be different?

Play off aren't out of reach. A few wins and we will be in touching distance. We aren't even half way through the season yet. Remember we have a bigger, stronger squad then last year so we are less likely to run out of steam come the end of the season. Also, the next five games on paper are...

    Frank Lampard Rumours

Agreed. We definitely don't look knackered. Fitness levels have definitely improved on last year. As has squad size and rotation. It's just not clicked. Frank needs to sort the defence. I would go with MVE, Thomas, Kitching, Binks. 433, Dovin in goal.

    Ellis Simms

Our forwards are quick, it would suit us to play quick counter attacks.

    Ellis Simms

Am hoping Lampard plays a little more direct and encourages quick counter attacks. We were really good at that the play off season. He encouraged Chelsea to play that way. Are problems and poor form coincided with Robins trying to play more possession based football.

Bink and Bidwell are interchangeable, agreed. Bidwell is solid.
