I assumed Eccles playing high was tactical as Bidwell is a bit more conservative and we turn it into a back 4 if he gets caught high. People were criticising Kane for exactly the same last weekend - too much of a coincidence for me, sure he has been told to be an outlet.
Just think it pushes the whole team a bit closer to each other and makes those passing interchanges/triangles that bit easier. Risk of them getting in behind of course as we have seen a couple of times already.
Also asked the question because you can't always see the full picture on ifollow
Is it my imagination or is the back line playing a bit higher tonight without Fadz there? Feel like it's contributing a bit more to the fluid football when the gap between the lines is a bit shorter, passes travelling 10 metres instead of 15 with a bit more fizz and accuracy.
Can't believe the amount of misplaced passes from Blackburn. Created next to nothing from it though. Blackburn's back 3 playing pretty narrow and forcing Vik wide to find space. He's been a bit tunnel vision so far though.
Being a Cov fan is like playing Football Manager. I’m only interested in the matches but have to spend fucking hours understanding and going through all the off the field shit to get there.
If Ashley does take over and gets Hoffman on board, then together with Robins and Viveash we'd surely have the porkiest management team in the entire football league.
EDIT: Scratch that, forgot about Steve Evans who is the Top Trump.
Wouldn't be the wisest move for a guy who wants to take over the club to get embroiled in a long term game of distressing the club he wants to take over either. Not exactly going to endear himself to the fans that way should he eventually win.
