I think for now the most likely scenario is they will be putting no more money into CCFC. No new stadium, no player investment, no fitness instructor for Sky Blue Sam. The club now will now at least break even, regardless of the consequences. I can see this being disastrous on the pitch.

Haha, I didn't realise it was April 1st. This is definitely a post to keep for the archives. In 2-3 years time when we are still at the Ricoh, with no sign of a new ground, and sisu incapable of negotiating a new rental deal with Wasps, this will need re-quoting.

Given sisu's history of negotiations I suspect it will be sisu that will be getting off on the wrong foot with wasps.

None of us like the fact that the council sold to Wasps, but just remember, it was Sisu that started the wheels in motion for all this.

I think this scenario highlights the sheer stupidity in liquidating CCFC Ltd and moving assets around between companies. Once again Sisu out maneuvered, once again our club suffers.

How is this any different to when you claimed the current CCFC didn't sell its rights to income streams at the Ricoh? You claimed it was CCFC Ltd that sold them therefore any agreements made between ACL and CCFC Ltd should no longer be taken into consideration.

I suspect included in the vote was the intention to approach Higgs to buy their share. As you say the Council cant force Higgs to sell.

Whilst I don't share the OP's enthusiasm for this deal, right now as Coventry City fans our main concern is going to be Coventry City. I have sympathy with Wasps fans, but its not going to be top of my agenda.
