    ticket prices

For a season ticket is £230 for league 1 football unreasonable? That's £10 a game and emirates people to pay up front and we have a 32k stadium to take advantage of. Coventry is in the West Midlands not in London or down on the south coast. The highest price ticket of £27 on match day in...

    Yeovil Attendance

All it really does it as you say is discourage walk ups. I could of bought a ticket 20 hours before for £2 less. Seems to be nonsensical to me.

    JPT fixture details released

Couldn't agree more with you. You just pay less for the same stuff. Ketchup 1.79 in tesco and £1 in poundland. 79p x say 30 items that's saving almost £24 and that's a match ticket on the day to the city.

It's got a primark so I like it.

    Yeovil Attendance

So you need a under 16 to get in for £18 so actually cheapest is £22. So really it's 22-27 and that's not to suit my argument. Question. Why do the club put on £2 for walk ups? Makes no sense to me.

    Yeovil Attendance

Think there has to be a compromise. I don't think anyone has said we are over priced. I just think people have said it's expensive when taking a family and if prices were lowered a touch you would see other benefits. It's a forum. It's all debatable.

    Yeovil Attendance

I heard we get some f&b also but can't remember where. Maybe someone could clarify. Surely they know they margins and reducing tickets to £15 a go and making a point of being the cheapest in the league this would attract both more home and away fans. More fans means more atmosphere and more...

    Yeovil Attendance

Yes I 100% agree. I was just quoting what some posters would put back. £24-£27 is a lot for a match ticket against yeovil on the day. And for most people that's for a family with food and drink, parking and others.

    Yeovil Attendance

Couldn't agree more with this last paragraph. Just everyone £10 in. As I've said before we have an unique opportunity in that we have a 32k stadium. We don't have a 10k stadium like most others and have to charge £20-25. We would benefit in so many ways should be reduce ticket prices. Look at...

    Yeovil Attendance

I 100% agree ashdown. The argument against that is that it's the going rate £24 for league 1 and it's £22 if you buy in advance.

Why Not Try A Few More Friday Night Games

Yes I was there. Wasn't on tv either that game. I Think it was because Wednesday were at home on Saturday. What a great game. Leon Clarke ran the show that day. He was a wanker but he is still my favourite Cov player of the last few years. 2 good goals that night.

Why Not Try A Few More Friday Night Games

What would the gate of been against gillingham on a Friday night if it was just another normal league game? (Northampton move excluded) say had we stayed at the Ricoh I guess the gate would of been about 7-8k? The game was on sky of course and a fair few would of stayed in the pub or home. On...

    Yeovil Attendance

At a guess at least 3200 as that's the season ticket holders lol I hope for and want at least half full so 15-16k. I think that would be about right.

    Best CCFC atmosphere since????

I remember a game the first year in the championship and at highfield road and we beat man city 4-3 last minute David thompson goal I think. What a game that was.

    Tudgay

Tudgay is a very good player make no mistake. He obviously had a crap game the ther night but it just didn't happen for him. Out of 46 league games how many does a player in this league have a good game. Maybe half? He has played 5 games. Give him a chance and then re assess. I wasn't...

    Ticket Prices

Exactly my point really. Other teams in this league don't have a 32k stadium I would of just thought sell at £15 a ticket and £10 midweek and sell a lot more and also good for everything else such a f&b and local businesses. I do take the point that most like skybluelee that fans who will go...

    Ticket Prices

That was also a popular opinion. People enjoyed the night out and drinking before and after. A lot of people also said well they get their weekends as well with no football on the Saturday. I know tranmere use to play most Friday nights due to the bigger clubs in Everton and Liverpool...
