    West Ham Fan In Peace

Greatest game ever at Highfield Road was against the Hammers in the League Cup. West 'Am 2 up at half time, we came back and won 3-2. West Ham won the reply 2-0. Gorden Milne era, we have some great youngester, Mark Hateley, Danny Thomas, Les Sealey... and a great old head Gerry Daly in...

Fans Support of Andy Thorn: A sign of just how far we have fallen?

I will only judge Andy Thorn once he is given the ability to bring in 3 or 4 players. Until that point in time, I say we have to stick with him. IMO he has been shit on from a great hight. There needs to be longer term plan for the club. We cannot continue the way we are, sacking managers...

    Team For Next Season

Sort of agree, SISU will look recoup as much as much cash as possible. So, Juxy, Clingan, Crannie, Keogh , Wood will go for certain. Gael, Conner and Cryress have already attracted interest from 'bigger' cubs than us. So if they can get say 100K for them they will be gone. This is the...

    Thats all folks

I have exactly the same problem. I've been a Skyblue since around 1962. Used to go to games with my Dad and Granddad. I was lucky to be brought up the Jimmy Hill 'Golden Era'. It seemed like anything was possible and we would be the best team in the land. Back pages everyday...

    Thorn has to go

No the players we have reflect our position in the league, they are not good enough, Andy Thorn has been given nothing to work with, calling for his head is crazy. Sacking managers has worked well for us in the past.... certainly not

Would you have any of them back?

Why does everyone think a change of manager would make a difference at the moment, and who hell would want at job with us

    Anti-Thorn caller on the radio.....

Just read this on the BBC Sports site from Andy Thorn I'm sick of hearing excuses and people having opinions that aren't right, I know what's right and the players will do what we say or they won't be playing. Wholesale changes on Saturday then.... http://bbc.in/rGzF0X

    Possible new managers

I don't think there is any chance of Thorn going, its all down the money and SISU won't spend any. I get the feeling they are happy to see us take the drop. They might be thinking this might devalue the Ricoh and allow them to buy it at a cheaper price. I'm just don't get the Thorn out...
