It's a tactic employed by the underdog, if you can break with pace it can be very successful.
Ironically it was Sheffield Utd who scored with pace when breaking from a Sunderland corner today.
He (and MR) were great for us, they've learnt their place in the clubs history, we're all aware of how far they took us.
But they've gone and we've moved on, I'm sure he'll do an interesting interview, but as I said, it's a new era now.
Sheffield Utd will implode after that defeat,
Hamer won't be the only player they lose, and it's very hard to start the next season well after such a big set back.
You got to feel for Moore, he ran his heart out, but will be remembered for missing a sitter in the first couple of minutes and then fave the ball away for the winner.
And poor Hamer, losing a second play off final.
I don't think he would fit our style, he's not a traditional CF, doesn't play with his back to goal, not exceptional in the air, is very injury prone, and at 33 he no longer has that turn of pace that got him so many goals. And obviously no sell on potential that Doug usually likes...
Of course!
That's why people say "you dropped a right bollock there"
Or "you've made a right balls up of it"
It's never the left bollock you drop, because that's the favourite!
