Mate I'm staying as far away from social media as I can until this is over, so many people around with so much medical experience and instead of helping on the front line they choose to use their expertise to rant on twitter/Facebook ;)
True but I'm sure enough of it to scupper anything we try to do outside of them, I'm sure if it was an option sisu would have done it by now even if it was just for childish one up man ship on the council
Again mate if they are negotiating for land it needs to be on the dl otherwise the price will go up. Look at the majority of singings Robbins has made, under the radar and then boom... Im as frustrated as the next man about not knowing but I'm happy to wait to get the right place at the right price
Let's get back to the Ricoh first on a fair deal and then demand things about a new stadium.... as others have said previously, not exactly great negotiation tatics to have a new stadium plan out in the open before you even have agreed the short term
You've missed the bit where Eastwood said it wasn't the EU complaint that caused the talks to break down ;)
And if you take anything that Linnell says seriously then there is no hope for you mate as he has already flip flopped about 17 times on it all. If wasps came out directly and said it...
Sorry to sound like a stuck record (but I am genuinely interested in your different point of view) but what legals? There are no legals against wasps at the moment, if there were we would all be asking for them to be dropped
It's not as black and white as you state with the Brum or Ricoh stuff...
No one is saying play in Brum forever buddy, we are saying that we can't be held to ransom by a London rugby club to play in a stadium built for us that they now own due to all the parties involved
You do realise that sisu have gone through major staff changes in the 7 years you keep on quoting...
And that's the issue mate, wasps terms were set out as action against them which sisu agreed to and signed an agreement to say as such and then wasps changed the goal posts to say actions involving the sale of the Ricoh (Which is where the indemnity comes from) so there is no direct question...
The thing is we won't be out of cov for 20 years stop being so melodramatic. No one on this forum or who supports ccfc wants them out of Coventry at all, but most of us want to have a viable future as a club and look long term and personally I don't want the club to have the threat of the...
Dude, there is no court action.... Sisu openly signed a deal that there would not be any more legal action directly against wasps and I'm sure if they broke this, Eastwood et al would be straight to the press about it (as they rightly should be if it happened)
The indemity is the sticky point...
But option A isn't an option mate that's the issue. We all want an end to legal action and the EU complaint technically isn't legal action as it's asking them to look at the council's role in it all. Again I'll point you to the fact that Eastwood has said it wasn't the EU complaint that caused...
