Where have you found that? Transfermarkt has all his career appearances at RB/RM (which is RWB). https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/milan-van-ewijk/leistungsdaten/spieler/587335

Not happening, we that against PNE / another game and he did not look good there. MVE is not a winger - bar Sakamoto, we literally do not have a recognised winger.

Should Ohare now be back up for Palmer

So Burnley? All other quoted interest is from other Championship teams.

Should Ohare now be back up for Palmer

If COH plays the rest of the season like last night and the prior few games, he’ll be staying because no Prem team will sign him. Nothing bitter here, it’s just the Premiership is the crème de la crème.

    Do we even miss Hamer?

No, obviously not. The fact we don’t have Maguire or Walker as backup options is progress. Gyokeres was the Championship’s best player last season. We weren’t topping that whoever we signed.

    Transfer Rumour Ellis Simms

I’ll give you the one in the first half. The others you described were just not clear cut at all. What did they create? Not a lot - that’s why COH was hauled off at HT. Palmer played well in the first half, won the penalty but there were 3-4 times he got dispossessed or gave the ball away in...

    Do we even miss Hamer?

Not a chance. He’s played CM more or less the whole time. We played more directly with Hamer because he had the quality to launch counter attacks from deep. Every time we tried it last night the passes were mostly intercepted or too strong/weak to our forwards. Hamer was no slacker...

    Transfer Rumour Ellis Simms

Explains a lot. In the first half we played the box and couldn’t play through WBA at all and all they (WBA) needed to do was to shuffle side to side to nullify us. We could’ve played Haaland upfront and he wouldn’t have done much. The issue with our performances isn’t who’s up front. We just...

This game needs to be a win or we probably end up bumbling along until the end of the season.

I have seen/heard it a few times and I’ve read posts thinking Gyokeres first but it just didn’t make sense.

No - Victor Torp was my understanding of the post.

Unpopular opinion, but I don’t COH’s performances have been that stand out. He’s had some wonderful goals but his overall play needs improvement if he’s to be a Premiership player. Hamer was the best midfielder in the league and is playing for one of the worst Prem teams in years. Would COH...

    Transfer Rumour Ellis Simms

Simms had a few chances that he fluffed and silly mistakes on the ball which has made him a scapegoat. He needed to do a lot better in 2-3 instances. The reality is, however, is that neither Wright or Simms had decent service. Whose responsibility is that? We played a lot of side to side passes...

Torp had a bad first half but picked up in the second. It’s where most of our energy came from midfield. We keep losing the midfield battles and clearly miss the quality of Sheaf in the team.

    Do we even miss Hamer?

I wonder if people would change their opinions now? This negative run against Top half teams (Norwich, PNE and WBA) may suggest that perhaps our midfield isn’t as good as people believe.

Can someone fucking explain to me...

We’re not shit and you need to stop pissing the bed every time we have a bad run.

With two quick strikers away from home, we need to play as we did last season. Absorb pressure and hit teams on the counter. Tavares at RW isn’t really the answer to Saka’s absence. Our defence needs to stop leaking goals so playing 3-4-1-2 may improve this.
