Low carb diets aren't a fad. Plenty science behind the fast 800 keto. I did it a couple of years ago and lost well over a stone in three weeks. Not to be followed for longer than three months though.

As far as I know, MR isn't intending to take legal action, so he obviously doesn't agree. Given his appointment at Stoke, the "stuff" doesn't seem to have affected his reputation unduly.

He doesn't, and it would appear that MR has taken the pragmatic approach and moved on, and good on him for doing that. I'm sure the challenge of turning things round at Stoke will keep him busy enough, with the added incentive of bettering his old club. He'd surely get far more satisfaction...
