For these people to be in the top bracket initially they needed to put the time and effort in before the points scheme even started. Plenty of away games reach a low points tally or general sale. As someone who does 10-15 away games a season, I know I'm going to miss out on the smallest...

I bet it's barely double figures doing this, those that could get the tickets with high points tally from the start would have been attending all the games anyway. Like someone else said, it's the same faces every week at the away games.
