But from a wider position he's more likely to be running onto a ball. Playing as a centre forward you often get the ball with your back to goal. Personally, I would play him in the central position with Saka in the wider position.

Eccles and Sheaf are better CDM's than Lati though, so why put a square peg in a round hole? I like Lati, and think he's done a good job since he's arrived and arguably deserves a place at CB ahead of Thomas on performances so far, but I'm sure he'll get another chance.
