Alan Higgs Charity Slams SISU over legal costs

So the morality of how an organisation goes about trying to achieve its aims is important to you then?

Alan Higgs Charity Slams SISU over legal costs

I didn't realise the temperance movement was still going.

PSB Group Open Letter To Tim Fisher

Well I'm a Ccfc fan, so what happens at Wasps doesn't really concern me. However if your calling for greater transparency across sport then you have my support.

PSB Group Open Letter To Tim Fisher

Yes, it could be illegal state aid for all we know. Surely you want the truth to be out in the open?

This can't be true, as we're told no Wasps fans from London supported the move. Its probably all a Sky Blue Trust/CET/CCC hoax.

So correcting a false quotation of someone is defending? In other words let's not let the truth get in a the way of a good old council bashing.

But you've proven my point that grendel misquoted her. Ah OK, so were back to treating the club and sisus as a single entity now are we? There is a world of difference between saying "I will never deal with sisu" and "I will never deal with Ccfc". You know this.

    Ann Lucas

I can see the bit where she says she won't deal with sisu, now can you provide a link for where she says she won't deal with Ccfc?
  9. bigfatronssba

    Ann Lucas

Can you provide a link to that? As far as I'm aware she never mentioned the club.

    Ann Lucas

Actually the one who isn't being truthful here is you. That isn't what she is quoted as saying and you know it.

CCC selling the ground to Wasps isn't the problem. The problem is CCFC have no ground of their own. Now, who is responsible for CCFC?

Wasps deal will be externally scrutinised

I think what it shows is all council activity is heavily monitored, and therefore there is no need for a separate independent inquiry, as that will happen anyway. What we have to remember is this is a public body, not a shady hedge fund. If a council does wrong it will get found out and...

Oh we're angry all right. Yes many parties have done wrong but only one party is responsible. That is where our anger is directed.

    Ann Lucas

Yes your right. Whenever someone says/does something we agree/disagree with, we must agree/disagree with every single thing that person does forever more. That's the most sensible, logical way to form ones opinions.

Wasps deal will be externally scrutinised

Yeah its amazing what happens when the perspective purchaser actually wants to buy what's on offer in a straightforward transaction, rather than play games and piss off everyone involved.

    Ann lucas wins

Yes you're right that I disagreed with her on King, but that doesn't really make any difference. Do I have to agree with everything someone does in their life in order to think they deserve recognition for their efforts?

I prefer to judge someone on the type of person they are. That can have nothing to do with their opinions.

But that's a pretty extreme opinion. Perhaps I should have then said mainstream opinion.
