I think the Butts option is a smokescreen as part of the ongoing negotiations with Wasps/ACL. Wasps need CCFC for both the naming rights negotiations plus the annual income. I think we will stay at the Ricoh indefinitely either as tenants to Wasps or under a new deal when Wasps go bust.
