    Flags at the Ricoh today

I hope all of those banners at the legends match today saying nasty things about our SISU friends were fire-safety checked before being allowed to be displayed...... I also noticed the ACL/Ricoh stewards attitude to anti-SISU sentiments also seems to have changed somewhat, no man-handling or...

    FANS going sixfields

I have read thorugh all of this with a certain amount of dismay at the way CCFC supporters, whether Pro/Anti SISU/ACL are squabbling.....my personal thoughts are that I cannot criticise anyone who makes their own choice to follow their team (not SISU, not Fisher, etc etc), because the last time...

    Report In Next Year's CET

In all honesty, I would be more than happy with all that you have suggested, roll on a new CCFC - 4000+ at the Ricoh for Worksop Town and Alfreton....

CCFC FILM NIGHT - any of you going ??

OMG - I suppose everyone will work out who I am by the Donny Osmond Puppy Love t-shirt!!

    Allegedly 15 tickets sold .......

Was this the game that ended nil-nil, in the season where we scored for fun in almost every other match??

CCFC FILM NIGHT - any of you going ??

Me plus three Dean....and have you plughed through my (CCFC!) videos yet?

    The target - Brentford

There are, but its not so long ago that many thought they would all be ahead of us by now

MURPHY - why still the unfair criticism

The way Murphy has been treated is reflected somewhat in the way some "fans" have treated Leon Clarke, who has also come in to replace a "fans favourite, although in Clarke's case its even more ridiculous as McGoldrick wasn't even a CCFC player. Just wish Murph would command his area more for...

Just showed the Clarke goal on Sky Sports - really brilliant finish!! Didn't show the second one though.........

    Thorn or Robins?

Thorn, as someone else has pointed out, "prepared" the team for this season so badly that they were not fit, and had no tactical nous. The previous year he had (as Manager I believe he should be the one taking responsibility) allowed Eastwood a full pre-season training, then couldn't motivate...

    Sky Blues snap up striker

I'm just fed-up that we didn't try to outbid Barcelona and get Messi to come to Cov instead of re-signing for them! After all, we've got loads of money, we can offer a couple of chances of Wembley appearances, and a one-third full stadium most weeks!

    Knobend on pitch

Just watched the video on P6 and hope the Police look at the person throwing the bottle onto the pitch/at the stewards/at the dick-head.....another "fan" we could do without
  14. ps1948

    MR is correct

Goals conceded doesn't matter so much when we score more than the other team - I wouldn't mind us conceding 2 every week if we got 3! And to be fair, quite a lot of the goals we have conceded have come in games we have won

    Sheffield Utd Match Thread

Where is our Administrator Nick, who last posted in supreme negativity about us losing.....I know its CCFC, buts it's a sad day when the people who run this site can't bring themselves to be positive! Surely its not too big a surprise that a team above us in the table, playing at home, improved...

    Cody Mcdonald

I think he only scored due to playing off the second striker
  17. ps1948

    bring him back..QUICK.

AS I asked on a different bring him back thread, where would he play? It is clear that Robins likes his system of playing one up front, and Cody (who I very much liked) wouldn't be able to play that role. If Robins doesn't think he fits in at the moment, then a loan spell is the right thing for...

    Cody Mcdonald

So where would we play him? Robins has a system which has worked so far, so why change it? I really want any player in Sky Blue to succeed, and felt McDonald was always likely to score, but rarely did.

    Madine

You aren't the only one to recall a very young, inexperienced player being thrown into a very bad team playing very badly, usually when chasing a match. Having "failed" in the Championship at CCFC he went back to Carlisle and scored lots of goals before going to Sheff Wed and scoring loads more...

Still on Target. 2 points a game. On 2.33 points average over last 3 games

We have scored 49 goals - only Bournemouth have scored more.........obvious I know, but if we just scored one per match, and stopped the opposition scoring then we'd all be happy
