3 Critical Days in the History of Coventry City

To keep the meeting private is in direct conflict with the Sky Blue Trust constitution, in particular rule 111.1: 111. The Society shall ensure that minutes are kept of all: 111.1. Proceedings at meetings of the Society; and 111.2. Proceedings at meetings of the Board of Directors and its...

Have Sky, Times, Guardian, BBC been informed of the march?

It seems crazy to plan a "march" on 12th July and expect large national media coverage. There will be many more marches on 12th July which always hit the news and usually nationally due to the troubles that occur during or after the marches. The Twelfth is Orange Order Day to celebrate the...

Hedge Fund & Fears for CCFC !

Jon Huntsman Sr is a billionaire philanthropist so I cannot imagine he would have investments in a fund which would sue a children's charity, this article on Forbes makes him sound a good guy ...

Incidentally The Huntsman Family Holdings Company has Jon M Huntsman as listed in the SEC: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1307954/000121465914001788/xslF345X03/marketforms-22796.xml Jon Huntsman Jr is the son of Jon Sr and former US Ambassador to China and Ambassador to Singapore. He...

Hedge Fund & Fears for CCFC !

It is true that looking up Private Equity Funds will give a better perspective on how the ownership model works with respect to CCFC. With the private equity model the decisions and management is controlled so managing their own destiny, unfortunately it has failed at CCFC. People keep...

Time for SISU's investors to unmask themselves

Huntsman family? Closely linked via previous investments and possibly personal connections. Are they investors in SISU or related fund? University of Pennsylvania Endowment Fund? MBA school for Bill, Joy, Joy's niece and her husband. Strong connections here to the school. Are they investors in...

    Judicial Review thread

Rob S - your reply proves the point that there was no veto applied on any deal. There was an interpretation by SISU that any such deal would receive a veto but that is an interpretation rather than a veto. It may be that a veto would have been applied and it may have been likely but in reality...

    The name game

Which one of the Usual Suspects is "Keyser Sisu"?

    Golden Gordon

I mention this episode quite often and it's not that well known. I am sure there are young kids that can name the 1987 cup winning team due to their dad but now the Barnstonworth Sky Blues are suffering.

Ten things we learnt from yesterday

I agree. But I also find it odd that you thought the money had come directly from council reserves and not from a bank loan. I also find it odd that none of you appear to have found pictures of Joy online.

Ten things we learnt from yesterday

Simon, I sent a PM to you some months ago regarding pictures but did not receive a reply. Can you confirm the questions I asked?

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

If the judicial review is in the club's favour then how they will link the funding of ACL by CCC to losses at the club or SISU is a matter for SISU employed lawyers to prove. Note, that the line by Labovitch and Fisher, more recently, appears to be "we were kicked out" / "forced to leave"...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

For those of you who have not seen Joy Florence-Seppala I believe the ruling regarding her evidence means that she is more likely to appear at the judicial review so that she can provide her evidence in the case as a matter of court record.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I believe the aim for SISU/ARVO and particularly CCFC H is that if they win then they are able to sue the council and council individuals for their losses related to an illegal funding which was put in place by CCC. Losing access to personal minutes from meetings will make it harder to sue...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I would be interested to understand the total costs involved for all the areas you outlined and include the costs involved in the rent dispute, administration of CCFC and CCFC H, etc. I expect these costs to be significant and the club could have simply purchased half of ACL for £6.5 million...

Question for OSB58 about CCFC accounts

I agree. We should be looking for common areas of agreement rather than areas of division. Divided we are less effective.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

You clearly don't work in the legal profession, law can be about a lot of nitpicking. I suspect that we will find that amongst all the vile and anger in this case it will be decided upon the interpretation of the rule of law, or nitpicking if you prefer.
