This is the worst half of football since Luton. We desperately need to upgrade the defence in the summer and have other attacking midfield options. We shouldn't necessarily be looking at "proven championship players" because as we have seen with Bidwell and Waghorn, that guarantees nothing.

He definitely got injured at Preston but for some inexplicable reason and despite being a "burden on the team", he played on for ages and was not substituted.
