So do you believe he has flown out there directly from the UK to visit an Iraqi refugee camp with the sole purpose of forging links with CCFC. If that is the case I take my hat of to him. Seriously I do. With all the other priorities he must have at the moment, it is highly commendable.

Match Thread Swindon Town - Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 26th Sep

These are the games we must not lose if we hope to get promotion this year. Crucial to get a point and keep the momentum going Another clean sheet would be a great start.

Of course I have no problem with CCFC being seen in a good light. My objection is Fisher trying to promote himself as the good guy. The article reads that "he" visited Iraq and on "his" return discussed with DB and RS and now kit is being sent. As per my original post, I commend the club for...

I donate time, effort and money on a regular basis to all sorts of charities home and abroad. I don't seek PR and kudos from it. Most people do it in a quiet and moderate way under the radar. Those with "class" do anyway, in my opinion. That's my point Mr Robbie Fuckin Keane.

Don't accuse me of having a "fucking disgusting attitude". Yes I have read the full article and you obviously didn't read my whole post. The first line clearly states " I commend Tim for visiting and donating ......" My point is why put an article in the programme and then on the website. I...

    Program Notes - Nice Touch

I commend Tim for visiting and donating items that we longer need. However, do it discreetly and do not try to make PR out of it and pretend you are some sort of hero. I wondered who paid for his flight and other costs. ??? Also, whilst I agree the Iraqi refugee camps are in need of support I...

You would be welcome. Only about 45 minutes drive. Get the wife to drive home and we can have a slurp and discuss all things Skyblues.

I do not disagree Nick and I am not being pedantic but I can never find parking 10 minutes from the Ricoh. Please let me know as will save me £5. Times are tough up North

I don't understand the logic (unless you are really really skint, in which case don't go anyway) that you would attend a match if it is £15 but will not if it's is £22. The "other costs" of parking, petrol etc are the same whether the admission is £22, £15 or it's free. For me its all about...

Yes ouch, I live about one mile outside Bawtry in a very small village. If you fancy a trip over one evening would be my pleasure to buy you and your missus dinner Several good restaurants and usually a good buzz on a Friday or Saturday evening. Are you in the Lincoln area from memory.

It's nothing to do with pricing in my opinion If it was free I still would miss most of the home games. All about having belief your team can win and being entertained on a Saturday afternoon in an exciting atmosphere.
