As a delaying tactic SISU might say to the league they are in dicussions with another part to sell the club but an NDC prevents any further information and push the league /WASPs to the limits in time constraints then at the last minute say that the talks fell through!!

no its a Quiz name we used down the Holyhead Pub on Quiz nights and it took the Quiz master 4 weeks to suddenly realise what he was saying everytime he called our name out when declaring the final scores! people in the pub used to piss themselves laughing. Ah! just a bit of fun!

You are right Nick! we are trying to be like Brazil or Man City etc trying to do intricate passing inside the oppositions area the only problem is the opposition have 10 players inside the area as soon as we go past the half way line! we need to bang the ball over their heads into the Channels...
