    The low down on ARVO

So aren't we better taking the safe option? Taking a gamble got us into this mess, I'm surprised anyone thinks taking a gamble is the way out of it.

    The low down on ARVO

No, as you well know it wasn't.

    The low down on ARVO

Why? The best thing for CCFC to do is buy into income streams at the Ricoh and sign up to a long term rental contract. Its only the income streams that matter. Ownership of a ground is of no use to the running CCFC.

    The low down on ARVO

It wouldn't make sense for Wasps to buy out the council mortgage, the rate it is currently at is less than anything a bank would offer. The same could happen with any new CCFC owner. Sisu lend the new stadium company money at say 7%, in the years between this happening and new buyers turning...

    The low down on ARVO

And on this I would trust a Greek finance minister over any Sisu employee. Every time they attempt to generate money via CCFC it goes wrong and we end up worse than we started. Throwing millions at a stadium envisaged by them will be the killer blow for CCFC imo.

    The low down on ARVO

Sisu aren't the club apparently, and will be gone once a new stadium is built we are told.

    The low down on ARVO

So what happens to CCFC and its associated stadium management company if/when it can't make the repayments owed to Sisu?

    The low down on ARVO

What you've basically said there then is CCFC will be in debt to Sisu for the next 30 years? Sorry if I don't give my backing to that one.

    ***Relegation Thread***

Yep Leyton Orient (just above the drop zone) have a current points per game ratio of 1.15 points, which would translate across the season as 53 points.

Its fine margins though. Like I said before, right now we are doing just enough to stay up (by 1 point). Concede a goal by the ball going into the net off the referees arse during the Colchester game and all of a sudden we are not doing enough to stop up, and we will quickly find that we are...

    ***Relegation Thread***

I would say 2015 is going to be the first year that someone goes down with 52 points

    ***Relegation Thread***

On current form we will stay up, by the skin of our teeth. All it takes though is one slip up, a referee decision to go against us, player to get themselves off, dodgy goal decision etc, just one of those things to happen in the last 5 games and we'll go. So whilst I think we will probably...

    Notts County Match Thread

Today's result now means we have to do one of two things in order to stay up. Either win at least one of the remaining 3 home games, or win at Bristol City. If we don't do either of those things we will certainly go down.

Have We Been Closed Down Then?

SP would give the go ahead to his lawyers to begin the process of recovering his money, thus a final warning would be sent to CCFC.
