I think this sums up Rose perfectly for me. I've always kind of felt like he has the potential to be our best CB. But I also feel like he is our worst CB and will never be our best centre back.

Yeah I can't single out anyone in particular because as you say, they've all got different things they get wrong. But certainly worth mentioning if our centre mids aren't scoring and assisting goals, they need to be more effective at shielding the defence.

I think the ability to grind out results. That's not to knock their achievements so far, they are a good team. But we definitely don't seem to be able to do that as well, barring a couple of games this season.

I wouldn't. We need better centre backs and that would, generally speaking, cost us less to address than goal scoring centre midfielders.

I don't have this perception. If I had to choose between addressing defence and attack in the summer, I would choose the former because it is where we are lacking I think.

This is a very valid point. One of the few teams we've played recently that haven't kicked COH to bits. It seems they should of, but it was refreshing that they didn't.
