    Very good Guardian article

Pretty sure they have stated (Wasps) that co-ownership is still an option. You're quite right, finding a buyer with Sisu as landlords would be tricky in the extreme, so then what? Do you think Sisu would run the club with any real care for it? Do you think Seppala would give up on her freehold...

Ahh,but there's still an opportunity for the club to buy a half share. Are our owners prepared to do that? Suppose it all boils down to envisaged outcomes as to when this all finally concludes. Some on here seem to thing Sisu gaining control of the Ricoh means club and stadia combined leads to...

    Very good Guardian article

When did the relationship between CCC/ACL and Sisu sour? Prior to 2012 if you remember Cov fans kicking off in the Derby game. The negotiations back then were for ACL to acquire Wasps (under different ownership) rather than the other way round. The stadium needed a sitting tenant to ensure it...

Most of which is indisputable last paragraph excepted. There's no evidence to suggest that although talks with Wasps did indeed predate the rent strike, that these talks were aimed at bringing them into the fold as landlords. More, the increasingly souring relationship determined the council...

A response to a post is an obsession is it? Hardly dispelling the insult... Two things I blame CCC for: a) Choosing Sisu as owners. b) Underestimating what a mentalist Seppala actually is. Once again we find ourselves in a situation where we will be moved from the city and the choice to do that...

No. Even the fiercest of council critics do not seriously think Sisu are intent on building a stadium regardless of location except Fergusons Beard it seems. Was on another thread the other day berating those who failed to get excited about the non prospect, the twat.

No. Jesus was a real person. A twat or not is down to your own opinion. Fergusons Beard however is most definitely a twat.

SISU Statement - Article From Sky Sports

Seems way too much of an open goal for CCC to not call Sisu's bluff on this hence the cynicism, notwithstanding of course the club owners previous conduct. (Wording such as "On reasonable terms" does scream potential litigation if they don't get their way further down the line though.)
