    Transfer Rumour Matt Grimes

No, they don't. But we still remain unbeaten in competitive matches at Wembley.

David Coote (Former Premier League referee)

Schofield didn't do that, did he? He came out, then all the dodgy stuff was much later. Back on topic, morally, he hasn't done much wrong, but you can't be caught on camera when you're a high-profile ref snorting cocaine and calling a high-profile manager a c**t and get away with it, even if...

    Sky Blue Song.

No, but your statement was that you'd prefer ELO as music to walk out to. Fair enough, but I disagree. If you wanted to, you similarly could argue that that Groovy Feeling by Fluke is ours because they used to play it as the ground was clearing in the 90s. Both are tunes I've heard lots at CCFC...

    Sky Blue Song.

That's a great song, but it's not ours. The Sky Blue Song is synonymous with us; it's ours and we should revel in it (same as Norwich, Leeds and Birmingham do with songs that are uniquely theirs). Doesn't matter if you think it's good or not, it's *us*.

    The "Doug Song"

Although to be pedantic, the word Joel has to be the second 'wo-ah', or it doesn't scan. Otherwise. splendid.

    Sky Blue Archive

It's strange when you look at a fixture list, and there are games you remember like yesterday, and some that may as well not have happened for you. For example, lots of that season sticks in my mind really well, but I have no memory whatsoever of what looks a really good 2-1 win at home to...

    Horner to invest?

No, but I remember the Union Jack dress. So it didn't stay *that* well in your memory. :)

Bloke lying on the floor must have had a nice view of it dipping into the net.

    Sky Blue Song.

It was always the music we came out to, and you'd get a couple of bars of it after a goal.

    Josh Eccles

But his cameo against Blackburn was excellent. I wouldn't read too much into a series of 10 minute cameos.

    Horner to invest?

    She's not *that* talentless.

    Horner to invest?

She's done a fair bit of telly and gets book deals and suchlike.

    Horner to invest?

That can't be that far from the truth. She's one of those baffling people that remain in the public eye long after their 15 minutes should have evaporated, despite them having no discernible talent.

Apart from making your midfield unit more cohesive. Which is quite a lot, and so why I only think these kind of stats are only useful up to a point.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy applies for Coventry Job

That would be the sign of a good manager; someone who understands the capabilities of their players and manages them accordingly. It's fair to say none of our lot are going to have Lampardesque careers, but we all hope he's going to make them a successful team.

    Victor Torp

I think it's because a lot of the good work Allen does for us is off the ball, and these stats don't recognise that. Like they don't recognise if someone's positioning is poor, etc. They're useful, but only up to a point.

    Blackburn Player Ratings

Same. I thought he looked a decent player and caused us problems.

Match Thread Blackburn Rovers - Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 21st Jan

First half an hour especially was terrible. Couldn't get on the ball at all, had no control whatsoever and could easily have been a couple down. We'd got into it a little five or so before the goal, and where good after it, but up to then, I was worried.
