    Middlesbrough Tickets

Do away clubs have to pay for any unsold tickets that they request? If not I never understand why away teams don't just always demand the full allocation?

I’d have thought so. Those two blocks have about 1900 seats in them

People must’ve been fairly pleased with how we played today, as ticket sales for the Boro game have continued at a healthy rate

Probably better for the club financially though

    How many have sold?

I don’t see why they wouldn’t. They only avoid selling in those blocks to allow pay on the gate.

Standard home allocation is 25300. The two closed blocks 26&27 have about 1900 seats. So depending on where hospitality sales are I don’t see that many empty seats.

It’ll be way more than that. Looking at that map home ticket sales are already at about 21-22k.

😂😂 Speaking of which, have I missed the official release of the away kit yet? The one the players will actually need in 3 days time?

    Season tickets

I know I sound like a stuck record, but off the pitch this club is still a league 1 or 2 outfit. It’s pathetic

Nor would Sisu have held out for £20m. They’d have sold him for about £9m

    Is a £4 increase a lot? I don’t think it’s particularly bad

    Transfer Rumour Haji Wright

What I actually am impressed by is the modest way in which all this is being done. When Sisu took over, and they had that brief spell of buying players (probably totalled no more than £4m), Ray Ranson as their mouthpiece was shouting from the rooftops as to how benevolent they were. And even...

    Rocking all over the world

Yep. Entrance to the ground was at the end of Highfield Road, Thackhall street was just a footpath then. Interestingly the entrance to the previous ground (which covered where Mowbray street is now) had its entrance at the end of Catherine Street (basically where the turnstiles for the Family...

Quick getaway after the game. Its hardly the middle of nowhere. Longford Road isn't exactly a remote country lane!

    Rocking all over the world

Most fans these days travel to away games by either car or coach. For that the CBS is in an ideal location. I'd actually argue that location wise its better for away fans than home ones

Completely agree about the atmosphere. Its just a building. What's happening on the pitch and the general feel of the place is what makes an atmosphere.
