My understanding is that ACL applied to put us into admin to protect themselves when TF threatened liquidation. Sisu elected to put us into admin as a response to this - they got to choose the administrator.

If by 'the owners' you mean Sisu, then yes, it was the owners who drove the club out of the city.

For the zillionth time, the council didn't put us into admin. It was Sisu. :facepalm:
