But the midfielders could create really good chances and if the strikers don't score them, the midfielders won't have any goal contributions.
If you look at our xG (which has flaws) we're actually quite high, which suggests far more we're creating the chances and not scoring them.
To be fair, to each other they really can be. I think someone did a study about what it took to trigger the robin and apparently all it needed was the red bit on the breast for them to attack.
I think you'd also have to look at how many teams didn't have loans full stop. I think someone said something like we're the only Championship team without a loan this year. When was the last year before that we didn't have any loans?
It may well be that it's almost impossible for a team...
I'm a lefty too and I think it's too far. Slavery was a massive stain on the world but for people who themselves have never been slaves to claim compensation for people many never even knew seems a bit much. Let's say someone wants to claim compensation for their great grandfather being a slave...
Of course he effectively gets to dictate transfers. He controls the money. If there is a player he doesn't want to sign he doesn't sign the papers and it's dead.
Yeah, I think with pairings I'd go BTA/Bassette. Both will press so everyone is on the same page. Which also puts Simms and Wright together. You'd think the amount they cost it'd be a terrifying attack for opposition to face, but I'm not so sure.
Yeah, it's not a fix-all. But would help somewhat with health if doctors surgeries were built (assuming we have enough to staff them). Same with schools - would help but still need the teachers and they're leaving in droves.
You di imagine that a lot of his coming up through the youth ranks was because he was more physically developed early on and he didn't even really need to use it to get the better of other players.
We did basically just set up defensively to stop him having to do too much and hope our two superstars were good enough to win a game by themselves.
But I will accept that you could possibly suggest Wilson became a slightly better player.
Never understood why Torp has been played in the deeper role with Rudoni more advanced.
It seems pretty obvious to me if they're on the pitch together it should be the other way around.
