This will change significantly (for the better) as the older generations die out. At least there’s some hope that the next generations are thinking for themselves rather than following “tradition” like sheep.

Match Thread Bournemouth (H) Easter Monday

It certainly was on iFollow abroad today, judging by the number on here who watched it. It always is, by default, with the occasional exception if it is selected for international TV coverage (for example the Blackburn game). When these occasional exceptions happen the club always announces it.

Match Thread Bournemouth (H) Easter Monday

It’s nearly always on iFollow “abroad” and thus easy to watch in UK via VPN. I don’t understand why more people don’t do this if distance or anything else prevents them getting to games

    Item WBA Away

Not always, it was 10:15 ish for Birmingham last week and exactly 10:00 for the previous one (Forest?). But definitely always worth trying from about 9:55

    Blackburn not on ifollow

Yes, but it really shouldn’t matter within the US. I think more likely different card companies using different validation

Interesting, I tried the same with an LA zip code , but it failed at the verification. beIN worked nicely though [emoji106]

How did you get around the postcode/zip code issue, mine kept failing?

    adult ticket available for Derby

Due to illness, I have a spare ticket for tomorrow's game if anyone is interested (will sell at face value). It will go to first person to DM me to commit, but will need to handover at Pride Park as I live in south Bucks.

The only person whose opinion really matters is Robins, and Fadz is fourth choice at the moment. It could change again if any of the 3 drop their standard in matches or in training, and that’s how it should be. At the moment the other 3 are being preferred, rightly so.

Fair enough, but if he is being picked for his goal scoring it proves we’ve got bigger problems. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Matter of opinion, I don’t think he is. Madine will bully many defenders, he may be a twat but he is one of the better pure target men in the division. Nothing came from it though, we dealt with all the second balls which is what you’ve got to do with those type of players. Fadz would not have...

Why? The back 3 are a long way from being our biggest problem. Fadz is the slowest and least mobile of the four, good backup though.

Shipley’s performance (or lack of it) was summed up in one minute when he ambled slowly along and watched Viktor chase back 60 yards to make a block for a corner. It never once crossed his mind that he should be doing that job. A minute later Viktor was scoring at the other end. Not sure Shipley...

    Refereeing

I don’t generally criticise referees as it is a difficult enough job, but Mariner was shocking. His indecision and lack of clear signals made the players unsure what they were dealing with. At least 3 times in attacking situations City players didn’t know whether he was playing advantage or not...

    What Books Are You Reading?

I don’t think Tim Marshall has written a bad book, they are all excellent. Try “Divided” and “Worth dying for”. I’m currently halfway through “Shadowplay” (about the Kosovo war). Superb writing. Alastair Campbell’s Diaries are also well worth a read, I’ve just finished volume 4 and volume 5 is...
