Maybe a bit harsh on Bairstow. He’s trying to get as close to the ball coming in to minimise movement to get bails off. If he’d held gloves back the movement to get bails off mightve given smith enough time to get bat in anyway. Annoying though and will no doubt be costly 🙄 Ps Great dive !

Yeah stuck at it and got their rewards in afternoon session. Very good control, they’ve only got 120 over two sessions…new ball in five overs. Let’s hope we can make this count

Operationally (day to day) I agree we are unlikely to make a profit, however, as others have alluded to it looks like we might be moving towards the original SISU model of buying up and coming players that can be sold on for a profit if we don’t get promoted
